What is ARIMIDEX Direct?
ARIMIDEX Direct is a new program from AstraZeneca that provides patients with
the brand ARIMIDEX for $40 per month.
Who is eligible for ARIMIDEX Direct?
All patients with a prescription for the brand ARIMIDEX are eligible for the ARIMIDEX Direct program,
including patients with prescription coverage or those paying cash. There is no qualification
process, nor is a savings card or coupon needed. AstraZeneca Direct to Patient is a program through AstraZeneca and is not processed through insurance. Prescription coverage cannot be used for any type of reimbursement.
How much will my ARIMIDEX cost?
ARIMIDEX Direct provides patients with the brand ARIMIDEX at a cost of $40 per month.
This includes the cost of shipping your prescription to your home.
How will I receive my ARIMIDEX prescription?
Your ARIMIDEX will be shipped directly to your home in 5 to 7 days at no additional cost.
How do I enroll in ARIMIDEX Direct?
Download, print, and complete your enrollment form
Submitting your enrollment information is easy and can be completed in two different ways:
1. You can mail your enrollment form along with your ARIMIDEX prescription to the address below
OR
2. You can have your physician fax your enrollment form and your prescription to 800-698-3759.
What if I have questions about my enrollment in ARIMIDEX Direct?

8 AM to 6 PM ET, Monday through Friday to answer your questions.
What should I do while I wait for my prescription of ARIMIDEX to arrive?
Your physician can prescribe a limited amount
of tablets to be filled at your local pharmacy until your prescription arrives.
